Property Damage Disclaimer

While our trained professionals take every precaution to protect your property during junk removal, Junk Handlers is not liable for:

• Minor scuffs, marks, or scratches to walls, doors, or floors that may occur during the normal course of removing large or heavy items
• Pre-existing damage to property, structures, or landscaping
• Damage to property with existing wear, weak construction, or structural deficiencies
• Damage resulting from the removal of items attached to walls, floors, or ceilings (e.g., mounted TVs, built-in appliances)
• Damage to lawns, gardens, or landscaping from vehicle access or equipment use in normal operations

We carry general liability insurance (Fully insured up to $1M) to protect against significant damages. Any claims must be reported within 48 hours of service completion.

Item Ownership and Removal

By requesting our services, you warrant that you are the legal owner of all items to be removed or have proper authorization to dispose of them. Junk Handlers is not responsible for:

• Verifying ownership of items
• Items removed at your direction that you did not own
• Valuable items accidentally included with junk (please check all items before we remove them)
• Items removed from the property as directed, even if later deemed valuable

Once items are removed from your property and loaded onto our vehicles, they become the property of Junk Handlers and cannot be returned.

Hazardous Materials

Junk Handlers does not accept hazardous materials, including but not limited to: paints, chemicals, solvents, asbestos, medical waste, or any materials prohibited by federal, state, or local regulations.

If hazardous materials are discovered during service and were not disclosed prior to our arrival, we reserve the right to:

• Refuse to remove the hazardous items
• Charge additional fees for special handling or disposal if permitted
• Cancel the job and charge a trip fee
• Report violations to appropriate authorities if required by law

Environmental Disposal

While we make every reasonable effort to donate, recycle, or responsibly dispose of items, we cannot guarantee:

• That all items will be accepted by donation centers
• That all materials can be recycled
• The final destination of all disposed items
• Specific recycling or disposal methods for individual items

We work with licensed disposal facilities and follow all applicable environmental regulations.

Service Area and Availability

Junk Handlers primarily serves the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex. While we strive to offer same-day service when requested before noon, availability is not guaranteed and depends on:

• Current schedule and crew availability
• Weather conditions and safety considerations
• Volume of service requests
• Your location within our service area

We reserve the right to decline service for any reason, including but not limited to safety concerns, prohibited materials, or locations outside our service area.
