By accessing or using the services provided by Junk Handlers, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Services Provided

Junk Handlers provides professional junk removal and hauling services in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. Our services include, but are not limited to:

• Furniture Removal
• Appliance Removal
• E-Waste Disposal
• Yard Waste
• Construction Debris
• Estate Cleanouts
• Commercial Junk
• Hoarding Cleanup

Quotes and Pricing

All quotes provided are estimates based on the information you provide. Final pricing may vary based on actual volume, weight, accessibility, and disposal requirements. We reserve the right to adjust pricing if the scope of work differs significantly from the initial estimate.

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, credit cards, and electronic payments.

Scheduling and Cancellations

We offer same-day and scheduled pickup services based on availability. To cancel or reschedule an appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance at +1-817-214-2990.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee. No-shows may be charged the full quoted amount.

Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information about the items to be removed
• Ensure items are accessible and safe for our team to remove
• Disclose any hazardous materials or restricted items
• Provide clear access to the property and removal location
• Be present or provide clear instructions if unable to be on-site
• Secure pets and ensure a safe working environment

Prohibited Items

We cannot accept the following items due to safety and legal restrictions:

• Hazardous materials (paint, chemicals, solvents, asbestos)
• Medical waste or biohazardous materials
• Tires (except in limited quantities)
• Radioactive or explosive materials
• Wet paint or stains
• Any items prohibited by federal, state, or local regulations

Limitation of Liability

While we take every precaution to protect your property, Junk Handlers is not responsible for:

• Pre-existing damage to property, walls, floors, or doorways
• Damage resulting from the inherent difficulty of removing oversized or heavy items
• Items accidentally discarded if not clearly marked for removal
• Damage to landscaping or outdoor areas during normal removal operations

Our liability is limited to the actual value of the service provided. We maintain general liability insurance as stated: Fully insured up to $1M.

Environmental Commitment

We are committed to environmentally responsible disposal. We make every effort to donate, recycle, or repurpose items whenever possible. However, we cannot guarantee that all items will be recycled or donated.

Intellectual Property

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms of Service or our services will be governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Both parties agree to first attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Arlington, TX.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
