Do you take furniture that's damaged or broken?

Can you remove furniture from upstairs or tight spaces?
Absolutely. Our team is experienced in navigating stairs, narrow hallways, and tight corners. No extra charge for standard stairs.
What happens to the furniture you remove?
Items in good condition are donated to local charities. Damaged items are recycled when possible, with only non-recyclable materials going to landfill.
Appliance Removal
Do appliances need to be disconnected first?
Ideally yes, but we can disconnect most appliances for a small fee. Water heaters and gas appliances should be disconnected by a professional before pickup.
Do you recycle old appliances?
Yes, we partner with certified recyclers. Refrigerants are properly extracted and metals are recycled. This is environmentally required for appliances containing CFCs.
Can you remove a built-in appliance?
We can remove most appliances that have been uninstalled. We don't perform electrical or plumbing work, but once disconnected, we handle the rest.
E-Waste Disposal
Is my data safe when you take my computer?
We recommend wiping your data before pickup. We partner with certified recyclers who destroy storage devices, but we encourage you to remove or wipe hard drives first for peace of mind.
Why can't I just throw electronics in the trash?
Electronics contain hazardous materials like lead, mercury, and cadmium. Texas law requires proper e-waste disposal. We ensure your electronics are recycled responsibly.
Do you take old tube TVs?
Yes, we take CRT televisions and monitors. These require special handling due to lead content, but we're equipped to dispose of them properly.

Do you remove tree stumps?
We can remove small stumps that have already been cut. For large stumps still in the ground, you'll need a stump grinding service first, then we can haul away the debris.
Can you help after a storm?
Absolutely. We offer priority service for storm damage cleanup. Fallen branches, debris, and damaged fencing can all be removed quickly.
Is yard waste composted or recycled?
Yes, we take yard waste to composting facilities whenever possible. Branches, leaves, and organic material are converted to mulch or compost rather than landfilled.

Do you work with contractors?
Yes, we work with contractors, builders, and property managers regularly. We offer job site cleanup, scheduled pickups, and can work around your project timeline.
Can you remove concrete and heavy materials?
Yes, we handle concrete, brick, tile, and other heavy construction materials. Very large loads may require multiple trips, which we'll quote upfront.
What about hazardous construction materials?
We cannot remove asbestos, lead paint debris, or other hazardous materials. These require specialized contractors. Standard construction waste is no problem.

Hoarding Cleanup
Will you be discreet?
Absolutely. We use unmarked trucks and work professionally and quietly. Your privacy is our priority, and we never judge the situations we encounter.
Can family members be involved?
Yes, family involvement is welcome but not required. We can work independently if that's more comfortable, or involve family members in sorting decisions.
How long does hoarding cleanup take?

Can you take a stained or damaged mattress?
Yes. Condition does not matter. We take it.
Do you sanitize the area after removal?
We sweep and tidy the spot where the mattress was sitting. Deep sanitizing is not part of the service.
Where does the mattress go?
Usable mattresses go to local thrift partners or shelters. Damaged ones go to mattress recyclers when possible. Landfill is last resort.
Demolition
Do you handle structural demolition?
No. We handle light demo only. Structural work needs a licensed contractor.
Will you patch the spot where the deck or fence was?
We remove and haul. Patching, regrading, or new construction is not part of the service.
Do you pull permits?
Light demo usually does not require a permit. If your HOA or city requires one, you handle that piece.
Garage Cleanouts
Do I need to sort anything?
No. Point at the pile. We sort what is donate-able, recyclable, or landfill.
Can you take stuff from a detached garage or workshop?
Yes. Garage, workshop, shed. Same flat-rate model.
What about paint and chemicals?
Latex paint and dried-out cans we can take. Liquid chemicals, solvents, and propane we cannot.
Attic Cleanouts
Do you carry items down stairs and pull-down ladders?
Yes. That is the whole point of the service.
Will you sweep the attic after?
We tidy the area. Deep cleaning or insulation work is separate.
What if the attic has rodent damage or hazardous insulation?
Standard insulation and rodent debris is fine. Asbestos-containing insulation requires a licensed abatement contractor.
Basement Cleanouts
Do you handle water-damaged items?
Yes. Wet, mildewed, or damaged items we take. Active flooding or sewage requires remediation first.
Can you haul down a tight stairwell?
Most stairwells, yes. If access is unusually narrow, we will let you know on the walkthrough.
Do you sweep and tidy after?
Yes. The basement floor is broom-clean when we leave.
Shed Removal
Do you take what is inside the shed too?
Yes. Empty it ahead of time or include the contents in the quote. Up to you.
Will you patch or regrade the area after?
We remove and haul. Patching or regrading is not part of the service.
Can you take a shed with a concrete pad?
Yes. Pad demolition is a separate quote.
Hot Tub Removal
Do you drain it for me?
Yes. We bring the gear to drain and disconnect on-site.
Can you get it out of a fenced backyard?
Most yards, yes. Tight gates we may need to disassemble more on-site. Quoted upfront.
Do you take the cover and steps?
Yes. Everything goes in one trip.
Fence Removal
Do you pull concrete-set fence posts?
Yes. Concrete bases included in the haul.
Will you install a new fence?
No. We remove only. New install is a fence contractor job.
Do you patch the post holes?
We backfill loosely with soil from the dig. Final regrade is on you.

Yes. We invoice directly, send before/after photos, and turn the unit fast.
Can you handle a unit the tenant abandoned?

Do you sweep and clean after?

Do you broom-clean after?
Yes. Floors are swept and the property is presentable when we leave.
